PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief printing plate for forming micropatterns, which suppresses marginal zones. SOLUTION: Transferring to a board is performed by feeding a pattern forming ink to the tips of the relief surfaces 2 of the relief printing plate under the condition that projections 3 are provided on the relief surfaces 2 of the relief printing plate. Since the flowing of the ink staying in grooves 4 between the projections at the tip parts is restricted by the projections 3, resulting in restricted flow by the projections 3, a transferring, in which the marginal zones are suppressed from developing, is realized.
