摘要 Provided is an AtMYB44 protein derived from Arabidopsis thaliana which is a transcription factor controlling the expression of other genes, is used for preparing a transformed plant which could effectively control the flowering time of the plant without influencing on general growth characteristics, and has high resistance on various stress such as low temperature, moisture deficiency and high salinity. The DNA coding a transcription factor AtMYB44 controlling the expression of genes derived from Arabidopsis thaliana and concerned with the stress-resistance and the development process has a nucleotide sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 1 and an amino acid sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 2. The binary vector pCaAtMYB44 for expressing plant genes is constructed by recombining the AtMYB44 genes with pBI111L. A transformed plant in which the AtMYB44 is over-expressed is prepared by transforming the AtMYB44 gene using a vector pCaAtMYB44.
