A device for measuring internal pressure is provided to perform an internal pressure measuring test conveniently and accurately. A device for measuring internal pressure comprises a gas intake line(121a), a gas discharge line(121b), an injected gas supply unit(70), a gas supply control unit(80), and a gas discharge control unit(90). The gas intake line induces injected gas supplied from the outside to a measured material air-tightness keeping unit(100), to the inside of a material to be measured. The gas discharge line induces internal gas of the measured material to the outside. The injected gas supply unit supplies the injected gas to the gas intake line of the measured material air-tightness keeping unit. The gas supply control unit controls supply of the injected gas to the gas intake line from the injected gas supply unit. The gas discharge control unit controls discharge of the internal gas for the measured material from the gas discharge line of the measured material air-tightness keeping unit to the outside.
