A frame for afforesting walls and a prefabricated structure for afforesting walls by using the frame are provided to enhance the constructibility of the structure, simplify the combination of different vegetation bases, and use the structure as an afforested wall or for the afforestation of the surface of a wall. A frame for afforesting walls comprises: a main frame(110) which includes a first flange(111a), a second flange(111b) being parallel to the first flange at a distance, a web(112) connecting the first flange and the second flange, and support wings(113a,113b) bended outward from both the ends of the first and second flanges; and a cover frame(120) which is separably coupled to the main frame on the opposite side of the support wings. A prefabricated structure for afforesting walls comprises: a vertical frame which is formed by installing plural frames for afforesting walls at a distance; a vegetation base which is fixed to the support wings between the plural frames; and a watering pipe which is vertically installed inside the main frame. The prefabricated structure is fixed on the surface of a wall or independently installed.
