PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin flux cored wire solder which is used when mounting various kinds of electronic components on a printed circuit board, capable of solving the problem that any flux shortage can not be checked, thereby easily checking the flux shortage. SOLUTION: In the resin flux cored wire solder in which a flux 2 is provided in a concentric center portion, and an alloy layer 4 is provided on an outer circumference of the flux 2, an alloy powder 3 is mixed in the flux 2 provided in the concentric center portion. Since the alloy powder 3 mixed in the flux 2 can be checked very easily through the X-ray observation, the soldering work of the excellent quality can be consistently performed by reliably guaranteeing the flux shortage, and the soldering quality is not affected by using a solder alloy for the alloy powder 3.
