A lipstick making device with an improved structure is provided to hole a lipstick element stably, letting a slide of a lipstick housing effectively engaged with the lipstick element, and therefore to prevent an unintentional damage onto lipstick. A lipstick making device(1) includes: a base support(10) that is constituted by a compartment(11) formed at the center portion, a peripheral projection(12) extended upwardly therefrom and located around the compartment of the base support, a peripheral bearing device(13) engaged with the peripheral projection. A rotary unit(14) includes a spindle(15) that is extended downwardly, and engaged with the compartment of the base support and with the bearing device to allow the rotary unit to be rotatably supported on the base support. |
