摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door structure having a door outer panel arranged on the outer side of a door and a door inner panel arranged on the inner side of the door which is capable of suppressing permanent deformation caused by the thermal strain of the door. SOLUTION: A door inner panel 18 and a door outer panel 20 are formed of an aluminum alloy or the like. An impact beam 26 and a belt line inner reinforcement 44 are coupled with the door inner panel 18. The impact beam 26 and the belt line inner reinforcement 44 are formed of a material of a small coefficient of liner expansion such as steel. Thus, even when the entire door 42 is place in a high-temperature environment such as an electrodeposition coating and baking drying furnace, the door inner panel 18 side and the door outer panel 20 side are restricted by the impact beam 26 and the belt line inner reinforcement 44, respectively. Any permanent deformation caused by the thermal strain on the door outer panel 20 side can be suppressed by the difference in the thermal expansion mode on the light alloy-made door inner panel 18 side and the door outer panel 20 side.
