PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of efficiently cleaning without discharging water in cleaning the irregular bottom part of a transfer water passage and a pool. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a self-propelling table vehicle 11 movable on an existing rail 612 laid at the water bottom part of the transfer water passage 61, a sucking nozzle 12 fixed on the table vehicle 11, a sucking water hose 31 connected to the sucking nozzle 12, a pump 32 connected to the sucking water hose 31, and filter units 41, 42 connected to the pump 32. The sucking nozzle 12 is expanded in the transfer direction of the table vehicle 11 and in a perpendicularly horizontal direction, and a sucking opening is turned downward, and a nozzle shape is totally fitted to the irregularity of the water bottom part such as the rail 312.
