PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device and analyzer where the dispensing amount is stable against disturbances and the dispensing accuracy is easily secured. SOLUTION: The dispensing device 20 and analyzer 1 move dispensing nozzle 20b which aspirated a liquid for analysis and dispense by discharging the liquid. The dispensing device 20 includes a control unit 15 wherein dummy discharge of the liquid is carried out according to a discharge condition of actual discharge of the liquid. The control unit 15 uses the discharge amount or the discharge speed as a discharge condition when the liquid is actually discharged, and the analyzing device 1 comprises the dispensing device 20.
