PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic violation recurrence prevention system capable of preventing recurrence of a traffic accident or violation. SOLUTION: The system includes a driver's license 2 wherein license information including accident and violation information is recorded, and a navigation device 1. The navigation device includes an information storage part 19 for storing map information; reading parts 17, 18 for reading the license information including the accident information and the offence information recorded in the driver's license; an information analysis part 20 for reflecting the occurrence spot of the accident or the offence shown by the accident information or the offence information included in the license information read by the reading parts, to the map information stored in the information storage part; and a system control part 21 for performing guidance based on the map information stored in the information storage part, and outputting an caution arousing message, when reaching the occurrence spot of the accident or the offence shown by the map information wherein a guided spot is stored in the information storage part.
