A field prestressed concrete lattice block using a wire and a construction method thereof are provided to increase constructability and solidity by constructing lattice blocks on cutting and banking slopes, and applying prestress to the lattice blocks and binding together using a wire. A field prestressed concrete lattice block(100) comprises a frame(10) installed on cutting and banking slopes and composed of four horizontal bars placed on each corner and connecting bars connected between the horizontal bars at regular intervals and fixed to the ground, reinforcement members(50) equipped with two hooks(51) and put on two sides of the frame, and concrete(60) placed on the upper part of the frames, wherein connecting pipes(30) are connected to the ends of two horizontal bars of the frame to connect adjacent frames in the lattice type and filled with cement paste mixed with an accelerating agent or a binder made of resin to couple each frame temporarily, and a plate is attached to the connecting bar of each frame to apply prestress between the connecting frames and provided with four wire connecting holes at two sides to apply prestress. A construction method of the field prestressed concrete lattice blocks comprises the steps of: leveling or reinforcing the ground of cutting and banking slopes; forming a frame by placing four horizontal bars on each corner of a rectangular cross section and connecting each horizontal bar using a connecting bar, and fixing the end of the connecting bar to the slope to the appointed depth to fix the frame to the banking slope; connecting each frame using a connecting pipe and placing in the lattice type to cover the whole area of the banking slope; connecting a wire to a plate connected to the connecting bar of each frame and applying prestress, and then binding; inserting a reinforcement member to the inside of the frame; placing concrete on each frame; and finishing the surface of the frame and concrete with vegetative soils selectively. |
