<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross talk measuring apparatus that is excellent in precise measurement of an array detection device in which a plurality of photoreceptive elements are unidimensionally or two-dimensionally arranged. <P>SOLUTION: The cross talk measuring apparatus 10 comprises: a light emission means 12 for emitting light that is intensity-modulated at a certain period; a condensing means 14 for condensing light from the light emission means 12 to one of photoreceptive elements 22 of an array detection device 16 as a measurement target; a storage means 32 for storing time variation of photoreceptive signals outputted by the one photoreceptive element that irradiated light and a photoreceptive element adjacent to the element; and a calculation means 34 for performing Fourier conversion to data on time variation of each photoreceptive signal with respect to time to extract Fourier components corresponding to the intensity modulation period of visible light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
