An apparatus for coupling a fluorescent lamp electrode is provided to ensure the stability of operation by performing the coupling operation in a state a lamp tube is maintained in a horizontal direction. A supply hopper(10) discharges one lamp tube continuously. A transfer unit transfers the lamp tube discharged from the supply hopper to an operation section at regular intervals. The operation sections are positioned at both sides of the transfer unit to heat and cut both ends of the lamp tube. The transfer section has a arranging unit engaged to a rotary disc(42) with a groove, and a driving unit(50) coupled to each shaft(41) of the arranging unit for rotating the rotary disc.
