<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery pickup and information reception proxy management system for preventing the leakage of personal information, and for easily transmitting instruction information from a client to a proxy agent. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a server for managing the pickup information and reception information of a delivery; a proxy agent terminal communicatively connected to the server; and a user terminal owned by a client who has made a proxy request to a proxy agent, and communicatively connected to the server. The server is provided with a database for registering the information of a page for user browsing having a pickup and reception content display field for displaying pickup and reception information relating to the pickup status and information reception status of a delivery picked up by proxy and an instruction information input field for inputting and displaying instruction information from the client side to the proxy agent side concerning the pickup and reception content displayed in the pickup and reception content display field.
