The seal is for the aperture of a large container, which is enclosed by a wall. It has a gas storage foil (1) engaging on the wall, four pressure plates (6) mounted on the top of the wall, and a sealing cord (4). The edge of the foil is folded over, the sealing cord is fitted into it, and the plates, abutments (7), and four tension screws (5) press the folded edge to the upper edge of the wall. The plates also apply pressure to a clamping tape (3). An assembly rail (2) is anchored into the concrete of the container wall. |
