PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly read an IC tag after an IC token is loaded, in a game medium dispenser using IC tokens. SOLUTION: The loaded IC token is received in a storage part 40 of a rotary disk 26. The rotary disk rotates to transfer the IC token stored in the storage part. The loaded IC token falls down by its own weight from a loading path 44 to the storage part 40, where an antenna 64 of a reader/writer to communicate with the IC token is disposed.
