SHELTER FOR EMERGENCY

A safety shelter for emergency is provided to let persons escape from the upper floor to the lower floor by moving down a movable floor of an escape descending device by an electric motor. A safety shelter(10) for emergency is a closed space surrounded by fire walls, at the balcony of an apartment house and composed of a fire door(12) for users to go in or out through the fire wall, a door lock device installed at the fire door, and an escape descending device installed in the closed space for users to escape to the lower floor. The escape descending device is composed of a movable floor(21) separated from the peripheral floor on the floor of the closed space and moved down; an electric motor(31) installed at one side of the ceiling of the closed space to support the movable floor through a suspending wire(34) and move down the movable floor with suspending the movable floor; the suspending wire wound around a driving pulley(32) integrally connected to a rotary shaft of the electric motor and connected to the movable floor through a guide pulley; an operating unit operated to move up and down the movable floor; and a controller outputting a control signal for controlling the operation of the electric motor according to the operation signal of the operating unit.
