A method of manufacturing a high-gloss aluminum wheel is provided to enable mass production without air pollution and water pollution and to ensure a simple process, a low defective rate, and an inexpensive cost of production. A method of manufacturing a high-gloss aluminum wheel comprises the steps of: applying powder paint to the surface of an aluminum wheel; and applying a sliver coating solution to the applied surface of the powder paint to form a sliver coating layer made up of a sliver mirror plane. The method further comprises a step of forming a transparent upper layer on the sliver coating layer. The powder paint includes a thermosetting resin and a hardener. The thermosetting resin is selected from polyester resin, epoxy resin, acryl resin, and hybrid resin of the polyester resin and the epoxy resin.
