The device provides mobile temperature modulation capabilities, mobile vibration capabilities, or a combination of the two. The device provides advantages to a person or animal including the ability to utilize the device in a hands-free manner. The device may also provide, under certain circumstances, pain relief or healing therapy to a person or animal.
