A sealing structure of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent rotation of a sleeve by inserting a steel ball into a boss part of a rear cover instead of a calking part for preventing rotation. A sealing structure of an automatic transmission includes a boss part(10), a sleeve(20), a plurality of seal rings(30), and an anti-rotation unit. The boss part is formed at one side of a rear cover of an automatic transmission. An outer circumference of the boss part is formed into the straight line. The sleeve is installed and fixed to the outer circumference of the boss part. The seal rings are installed in a predetermined interval on the outer circumference of the boss part. The anti-rotation unit is installed on the boss part in order to prevent the rotation of the sleeve. An insertion groove(11) is formed at one end of the boss part. The anti-rotation unit is inserted into the insertion groove.
