PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-adjusting die with which the wider molten metal surface can further uniformly be cooled and heated. SOLUTION: The temperature-adjusting die is provided with a die main body part 1 having a molten metal surface 11 in contact with the molten metal and a recessed part 10 containing a main flowing passage surface 12 sectioning a part of flowing passage 3 making flow of heat medium in the inner part, and at least one of fixed part 2 having a sub-flowing passage surface 21 sectioning at least the other one part of the flowing passage 3 and fixed to the recessed part 10 in the die main body part 1. Then, in this temperature-adjusting die, the wide main flowing passage surface 12 is provided. Since the heat-medium is brought into contact with this main flowing passage surface 12, the molten metal surface 11 can further surely be adjusted to the temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
