PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing and editing method, and a photographing and editing device that have a photographing space and an editing space separately so as to provide multiple services and are capable of efficiently using the space. SOLUTION: In the photographing and editing device equipped with a photographing means capable of performing the photographing process in which one or more subjects in a photographing space are photographed and photographed images are created, an editing means capable of performing the editing processing in which the photographed images are edited and edited images are created, and an output means for outputting the photographed images and/or the edited images, an editing space where the editing means is placed is disposed at least one of the right and left sides of the photographing means at the back of the photographing means when seen from the photographing space, and a partition dividing the editing space and the photographing space is provided. At least a part of the surface of the partition on the editing space side is positioned in front of the position just beside the photographing means in the photographing direction, outside the field angle of the photographing means, and inside the width of left and right sides of the photographing space.
