FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of prophylactic bakery products. ^ SUBSTANCE: dough composition contains first-grade wheat flour, baker's compressed yeast, edible salt, pectin extract of hawthorn berries, powder of dried hawthorn berries, said components being used in predetermined weight ratio.
