APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING TILT SENSOR

A device for supporting a tilt sensor is provided to support a rectangular tilt sensor stably and thus to allow the tilt sensor to measure a tilt angle more accurately. A device for supporting a tilt sensor(10) comprises a body, a surface contact unit(200), and an alignment unit(300). The body is detachably fixed to the surface of an object of tilt angle measurement. The surface contact unit is installed at the body to support the tilt sensor while contacting long and short sides of the tilt sensor which serve as a measuring surface. The alignment unit is installed at the body to align the measuring surface at the center portion of the surface contact unit. The body includes a rectangular base plate(100) fixed and combined with the measured object by a combining member. The surface contact unit has a pair of contact poles installed at the base plate in the longitudinal direction of the base plate. The surface contact unit has a smaller interval than the width of the short side of the tilt sensor.
