PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow panel structure having good assembly workability. SOLUTION: In the hollow panel structure having juxtaposed hollow parts S, a plurality of ribs 3 having a Z-shaped section are connected to each other on an inner face 2a side of a face plate 2; a free edge of one rib 3A is fixed to the other adjacent rib 3B; the other free edge of one rib 3A is fixed to the inner face 2a of the face plate 2; and the hollow parts S are formed by the cooperation of one rib 3A fixed to the face plate 2 and the other rib 3B.
