PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door structure capable of enhancing the sound quality/acoustics while suppressing degradation of the door assembly work. SOLUTION: A lid body 12 with a seal is mounted on work openings 7a-7c for assembling equipment formed in an inner panel 5 with an acoustic speaker 9 mounted thereon, and the work openings 7a-7c are closed only by the lid body 12 with the seal while sealing the entire peripheries of the work openings 7a-7c for assembling equipment. The work openings 7a-7c for assembling equipment are kept waterproof only by the lid body 12 with the seal without using any waterproof sheet.
