LIGHT OIL COMPOSITIONS

A light oil composition in which C_10-24 paraffins have a composition satisfying the following formula (1-1) and which has a cloud point in gradual cooling of -6.0°C or lower and a pour point of -7.5°C or lower; and a light oil composition in which C_10-24 paraffins have a composition satisfying the following formula (1-2) and the distillate amount E250 measured at a distillation temperature of 250°C is 5-45% and which has a cloud point in gradual cooling above -6.0°C. In the formulae (1-1) and (1-2), n is the number of carbon atoms in each paraffin and f(n) indicates that compositional parameter for a C_n paraffin which is represented by the formula (2). In the formula (2), n is an integer of 10-24, and a, b, and c indicate the proportions (in terms of molar proportion) of the C_n n-paraffin, C_n isoparaffin having one branch, and C_n isoparaffin having two or more branches, respectively, in all C_n paraffins.
