PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating power engine utilizing phreatic explosion for eliminating the need for fossil fuel, eliminating pollution, and stopping global warming. SOLUTION: Steam is heated with electromagnetic wave by a magnetron or a gyrotron, or heated and exploded by induction heating or resistance heating. In a two-cycle diesel engine mechanism, compressed air is timely sent into a cylinder from an air nozzle by a compressor or any other methods. The exhaust gases remaining in the cylinder allowing exhaustion, scavenging, and charging of air can be thereby performed. The exhaust gases are forcibly sucked and discharged by a vacuum pump which is a machine like a reversely mounted injector.
