A low-frequency electrotherapeutic device having an ultrasonic wave generating portion is provided to install an ultrasonic wave generating portion on one side of the inside of a body to improve the treatment effects. A low-frequency electrotherapeutic device having an ultrasonic generating portion includes a body(100), a conducting acupuncture portion, an ultrasonic wave generating portion, a cap(180), and a support(170). The conducting acupuncture portion is installed on one side of the body(100) to generate low frequency. The ultrasonic wave generating portion is inserted into the body in the state of being separated from the conducting acupuncture portion. The cap(180) covers the ultrasonic wave generating portion not to be exposed to the outside of the body(100). The support(170) is installed on an outer side of the cap(180).
