An apparatus for preventing pollution of a deep well and a constructing method thereof are provided to cut off the water after boring the underground water well, and to preclude the grouting liquid from being leaked through a grouting shielding unit. A grouting apparatus for preventing pollution of a deep well comprises a pipe shaped out casing(100), a pipe shaped in casing(101), and a grouting shielding unit(200). The grouting shielding unit is installed to shield the interval between the in and out casings to prevent the grouting liquid from being leaked. The grouting shielding unit includes annular mounting parts(201) made of a plastic material, sleeve parts(202), connecting parts, inner sealers(204) installed on the inner surfaces of the sleeve parts, outer sealers(205), and toggle links. The toggle links are composed of first and second links(207,208).
