PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle enabling a driver to surely recognize that a pre-assist is performed. SOLUTION: When the pre-assist becomes ON when an initial state of a headlamp is OFF, a back light of a meter panel is turned on by turning on the headlamp (Step 104). When the pre-assist becomes ON when the initial state is P-lamp or Lo-beam, a quantity of light of the headlight is increased at night, and the optical axis is changed upward (Step 112), and the quantity of light of the headlight is increased except for the night (Step 110).
