A manufacturing method of a button having an inlayed or enchased image formed on an outer surface is provided to increase aesthetic appeal of the button, thereby improving a product value. A manufacturing method of a button includes the steps of: (S100) preparing a mold with a desired shape and pattern; (S200) preparing a frame used for making a blank; (S300) preparing a primary blank by pouring a molten synthetic resin into the frame; (S400) preparing a secondary blank by pouring a different molten synthetic resin onto the primary blank surface with a pattern; (S500) molding a button to make the outer surface of the secondary blank have a desired shape; (S600) making holes by boring the button; and (S700) washing and drying. Optionally, the button may be manufactured by (S210) preparing a primary blank, (S220) molding a desired pattern on the primary blank, followed by the rest of the steps(S400-S700). |
