PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that utilizes repulsion and gravity that a permanent magnet has, and the force of a spring and rotates a rotor permanently for converting to energy. SOLUTION: The device converts magnetic energy generated by mutual permanent magnets to kinetic energy partially, amplifies the kinetic energy for storage, and consumes the amplified and stored kinetic energy quickly, thus converting the kinetic energy to the magnetic energy again. The above is repeated permanently, thus supplying the difference of the different energy to the outside.
