The package has a display device that is integrated into a packaging material, where the display device is provided for displaying a change of temperature in the package. The display device is in the form of a coating or a depression, which represents an irreversible color change during contact of the coating or depression with condensate or freezing moisture. The display device is covered by a humidity-reactive coating. The display device consists of a coating or depression from a water-solvable color, non- water-solvable color, mixed color, thermochrome color or liquid crystal laminate.
