Agent for the effective inhibiting of the platelet aggregation and the consequent positive influence of associated pathophysiological processes, comprises at least a component VLCFA3 (very long-chained fatty acid constituent of montana wax taking part in the fatty alcohol metabolic cycle) on the basis of guerbet acid, as well as their derivative and/or on the basis of crude montana wax or its derivative or the corresponding component of raw carnauba wax or shellack, where the used carboxylic acid possess a chain length distribution of 14-40 carbons, preferably 28-40 carbons. ACTIVITY : Anticoagulant; Thrombolytic; Vasotropic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
