PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation thought as being locked, in a fastener fitting for locking and unlocking, by engaging with a receiving tool by moving up and down a lock pin by a lever. SOLUTION: A trigger 33 is arranged in a body 1 having the lock pin 3. This trigger 33 has an engaging part 34 engaging with the lock pin 3 and an abutting part 35 abutting on the receiving tool 2. When a window sash opens, since the lock pin 3 engages with the engaging part 34, the lever 9 cannot be operated. When closing the window sash, the abutting part 35 abuts on the receiving tool 2, and since the trigger 33 retreats, the lock pin 3 can be moved and locked by the lever 9.
