<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit correct content to humans and prevent machine-based collection of information that information providers do not intend. <P>SOLUTION: A data conversion method includes the steps of specifying character strings not to be output as text data from content data to be processed, converting the specified character strings into substitute data other than text data while maintaining the content of the character strings, and generating disclosure content data maintaining the disclosure content of the content data from the data of the content data other than the character strings and the substitute data.
