PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die apparatus for helical gears which sets, at specified locations, the phase positions of all the gear pieces of a helical gear having two or more helical gear pieces, without use of a large die or increased expenses for the die and molding operation, by fixing the phase positions of gear pieces through clamping without such other mechanisms as mold opening or a cylinder mechanism employed during ordinary molding processes and a helical gear manufactured with the apparatus. SOLUTION: The die apparatus for helical gears has, on the movable side, two or more helical gear die members 11 and 12 having a hole at the same position in the horizontal direction and, on the fixing side, a positioning pin 13 fixing the phases of the helical gear die members 11 and 12.
