PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency range BSS (Blind Source Separation) technique which causes no permutation problem. SOLUTION: When sounds output from a plurality of sound sources are received by a plurality of sound receiving devices and a target sound is extracted, a signal from a sound source is extracted first, and the extracted signal in a time range is converted into a signal in a frequency range by analytic frame. Then time variations of Fourier transformations of frequencies by frequency bin are read out of frequency spectra of all analytic frames and time variations in the value of Fourier transformation at respective frequencies are connected as to all frequency sampling points. Then the connected frequency signal is separated into signals of the frequency ranges of the respective sound sources.
