<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it is difficult to grasp the depth of a virtual three-dimensional space and also to grasp a relative positional relation between a drawn graphic and the other graphic. <P>SOLUTION: Objects A to D are disposed in the virtual three-dimensional space formed by a ground surface 300 in the direction of an XY plane. An operating surface 410 is parallel with the ground surface 300, and a construction line segment 620 is drawn on the ground surface. A CPU acquires requirements for operating panel direction (direction of YZ plane) designated by a user, and instead of a present operating panel 410, an operating panel 420 is displayed at the start point 520 of the constructing line segment to be next drawn (end point of a constructing line segment 620) in the direction of YZ plane.
