PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory type medical treatment tool in which a biological battery operation is incorporated and a biological battery element or a negative polar part constituting the biological battery element can easily be exchanged, and which is used over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A recessed part 6 is punched at the rear side of a body 3 to be attached constituting an accessory body 5 and the biological battery element 4 is fitted. The biological battery element 4 is made to adhere on, is made to be elastically put in by pressure, or put in together with an elastic member to the recessed part in order to prevent coming-off. A base material for forming the body 3 to be attached is made to be a noble metal or noble metal alloy good. The negative polar part 2 can be put in by pressure to the recessed part 6.
