[Problems] A system for reducing burden on an inspector by making it possible to evaluate the operation of a mixed injection worker which is difficult to evaluate numerically at a place remote from the mixed injection work place. [Means for solving problems] The system for inspecting the injection medicine mixing work by an inspector other than the mixed injection worker comprises a mixed injection work photography instrument provided in the mixed injection work place in order to photograph the mixed injection work, an inspector side mixed injection work monitor provided in a place remote from the mixed injection work place in order to display the mixed injection work photographed by the mixed injection work photography instrument, an inspector side input unit provided in a place remote from the mixed injection work place in order to input a designation for workers working in the mixed injection work place, and an mixed injection worker side display means for displaying a content inputted from the inspector side input unit to the mixed injection worker.
