PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure for fitting a vehicular sensor improved in vehicular sensor fitting ability by solving the problem wherein the vehicular sensor is difficult to fit, and improved in degree of freedom in design by solving the problem wherein design is limited in the case of fitting the vehicular sensor. SOLUTION: Structure for fitting the vehicular sensor is provided with a plurality of piezoelectric films 46 for converting distortion to an electric signal for output, a substrate 49 made of a flexible material and provided with wiring patterns 48 (see a figure 3) and electrodes 47, and a protecting film 51 for inching the piezoelectric films 46 between the substrate 49. An extension part 56 extended from the substrate 49 is provided in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction, in which the plurality of piezoelectric films 46 are arranged, and the extension part 56 is fixed to a fitted member (bumper beam)32 for supporting the vehicular sensor (vehicular sensor assembly) 35 side.
