<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having a bare-chip mounting structure for mounting its imaging element on its electric board wherein, when fastening its fastening member by an adhesive agent to its photographing element, the flatness of its photographing element is not damaged, and even though an external force is applied to its electric board, its photographing element is not deformed by the effect of its suffered stress, and further, its fastening member can be fastened constitutionally to its imaging element by an enough adhesive strength. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus has an electric board 17 having an opening 17a, the imaging element 21 comprising a bare chip mounted on the electric board to cover the opening, and a fastening member 15 having an aperture opposed to the rear surface of the mounting surface of the photographing element which is fastened to the imaging element by impregnating the aperture with an adhesive agent 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
