INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IN AN AIRCRAFT

The system has an aircraft window with a windowpane (2) that is coated with a translucent display that is coupled to a control unit (3), where the display comprises multitude of organic light emitting diodes (OLED) for presenting information. The control unit is adapted to supply electrical current in a targeted manner to the display. A server computer provides image data to the control unit by accessing applications stored in a storage unit. The control unit (3) comprises a display controller with a microprocessor for recalculating the image data.
