PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant ventilating device having simple and compact construction for simplifying the change-over of operation, resulting in lower installation and running cost and less degradation of ventilating and air-conditioning efficiency with the change-over operation. SOLUTION: The device comprises a first air conditioning part 7A consisting of a water absorbing/removing portion 4A and a heat storage portion 6A and provided in a casing 2A forming a flow path in an air supply flow path S, and a second air conditioning part 7B consisting of a water absorbing/removing portion 4B and a heat storage portion 6B and provided in a casing 2B forming a flow path in an air exhaust flow path E. The first air conditioning part 7A and the second air conditioning part 7B are integrally formed and rotatably supported by a rotating shaft 8 provided in the centers thereof along the flow paths. The rotating shaft 8 is rotated 180°in a positive or reverse direction every certain time to exchange the first air conditioning part 7A with the second air conditioning part 7B in the flow path.
