A triple offset butterfly dead end valve is provided to increase the durability of a seat and increase a sealing effect by forming the seat not in a valve disc but in a body. A triple offset butterfly dead end valve includes a body(10), a valve disc(20), a seat(30), a seat retainer(40), and a seat ring(50). The body is a cylindrical fluid passage. The valve disc has the same shape as the cross-section of the body and is rotatably connected to a valve shaft vertically passing through the body. The seat is a ring-shaped member installed on the inner peripheral surface of the body. The vertical cross-section of the seat is identical with the line facing the center point of a third eccentricity. The seat retainer is a ring-shaped member to fix the seat to the body. The seat ring is a ring-shaped member installed on the outer peripheral surface of the valve disc. The vertical cross-section of the seat ring is identical with the line facing the center point of the third eccentricity. When the valve disc is closed, the outer surface of the seat ring makes contact with the inner surface of the seat.
