A casket manufacturing method using wood chip is provided to utilize waste wood and to reduce the manufacturing costs by manufacturing a casket with waste wood. A casket manufacturing method using wood chip includes the steps of shattering waste wood with a crusher, and adding and mixing chip, adhesive, and coagulant, spraying a release agent in a mold of the casket, charging the mold with the chip, hardening the chips not to generate the bubbles, and compressing the chips with using a hydraulic apparatus to form the casket, separating the mold, removing the casket, polishing the surface, and performing the treatment with sand blast, and coating inside of the casket with flat white, and coating outside of the casket with flat black.
