PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find unauthorized alteration by covering a control substrate where a control element is installed with a protective cover at least partially provided with a transparent part and forming an information display part displaying information relating to the control substrate as a transparent seal for which the information is inversely printed on a surface different from an adhesive surface. SOLUTION: The control substrate 2 where the control element is installed is screwed to a back cover 4 by screws 18 and the protective cover 5 made of a transparent material is fixed so as to cover the control substrate 2. Recessed parts 15 and 16 are formed at prescribed parts on the back side of the protective cover 5 and a machine kind display seal 6 made of a transparent synthetic resin whose one surface is turned to the adhesive surface 13 and other surface is turned to a printed surface 14 where a machine kind name is inversely printed is stuck to the recessed part 15. In the meantime, to the recessed part 16, a substrate management number certificate 7 formed similarly to the machine kind display seal 6 is stuck. In the case of normally performing inspection and maintenance work, the attachment part 11 of a screw holding part 9 where the screw 12 of a one way type is screwed is broken off and the protective cover 5 is detached. |
