PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fruit sorter having high working efficiency, by minimizing damage. SOLUTION: A large number of horizontal bars are connected between two chains, and a sliding body is installed on these horizontal bars. An operation pin is projected in a lower part of the respective sliding bodies, and the operation pin of the sliding bodies can be optionally slid by a sliding device. A fruit-vegetable carrying body for carrying fruits and vegetables is connected to the sliding bodies by a carrying body sending-out device synchronously operating with the sliding bodies. The fruit-vegetable carrying body sliding on a sorting conveyor is taken out by a carrying body taking-out device, and is sent out to a pull conveyor. An empty fruit-vegetable carrying body is returned to a fruit-vegetable sending-out device by a recovery conveyor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
